Refund Policy

Refunds for Digital Goods

All products sold are digital goods and are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been delivered or access has been provided.

However, this policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You may be entitled to a replacement, or repair if a digital product:

  • has a major fault or does not match its description
  • fails to meet the consumer guarantees provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • you change your mind after purchase;
  • you purchased the wrong product by mistake;
  • your device or software does not meet the stated requirements;
  • you fail to read the product description before purchasing; or
  • the digital product has been successfully delivered and functions as described.

Chargebacks

Attempting to initiate a fraudulent or unjustified chargeback after receiving a digital product may result in:

  • suspension or permanent termination of your account;
  • removal of access to future purchases; and
  • reporting of the incident to payment processors where appropriate.

Support

If you experience any issues with your purchase, please contact us before requesting a chargeback. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any genuine problems.
